How do I track my order?

Open Track Order — your orders and each product's delivery status appear automatically. No order ID needed.

Are products new or Open Box?

All Apple Watch and Earbuds on ShopyGoods are certified Open Box and sold in like-new condition. Prices range from ₹3,999 to ₹9,999.

How do I pay for my order?

Secure payments powered by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets):

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay 35% advance online via Razorpay; balance in cash on delivery.
• Prepaid (Pay Online) — Pay the full amount via Razorpay and get an extra 15% discount.

Name, address, and mobile number are mandatory at checkout.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Call 044-45614700 or email us with your order ID. See the cancellation section for details.
