1. About ShopyGoods

ShopyGoods sells certified Open Box Apple Watch and Earbuds. Products are graded and sold in like-new condition unless otherwise stated on the product page. Open Box items are not new sealed retail units.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order on ShopyGoods.

3. Product information & pricing

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice
• Product images are for illustration; minor cosmetic variation may occur on Open Box units
• Discounts compare Open Box sale price to applicable new MRP where shown
• We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to technical errors

4. Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or policy violation
• Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods

5. Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout where available. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or force majeure are not our liability, though we will assist in tracking your shipment.

6. Open Box product condition

All devices are tested for core functionality. Battery health, minor scratches, or packaging differences may apply and will be within the Open Box grade described at purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for returns on defective items.

7. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

ShopyGoods branding, website design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Apple®, AirPods®, and Apple Watch® are trademarks of Apple Inc. ShopyGoods is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

10. Third-party links

Some "Get Deal" buttons may redirect to partner merchant sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopyGoods shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ShopyGoods against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide you additional rights.
