Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

How to return

1. Go to My Account and select your order
2. Click "Request Return" or email hello@shopygoods.com with your order ID
3. Ship the item using our prepaid label (where applicable)
4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Non-returnable items

Grocery, personal care opened products, and digital goods are generally non-returnable unless defective.
