Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ShopyGoods, we want you to shop Open Box Apple Watch and Earbuds with confidence. This policy explains order cancellation, returns, and refunds.
1. Order cancellation
Before dispatch
- You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped
- Call 044-45614700 or email hello@shopygoods.com with your order ID (starts with SG)
- If payment was captured, a full refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days to the original payment method
After dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery (see below)
- Refusing delivery may result in return shipping charges being deducted from your refund
2. Return window
Eligible Open Box Apple Watch and Earbuds may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:
- The product is unused and in the same condition as received
- All accessories, charging cables, and packaging are included
- The device has not been damaged, modified, or paired to an iCloud account that cannot be removed
- Return is requested within the 7-day window
3. How to request a return or refund
- Log in to My Account or note your order ID from Track Order
- Contact us at 044-45614700 or hello@shopygoods.com with order ID and reason
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions
- Ship the item securely using the provided return address or pickup arrangement
- After inspection, refund is processed within 5–7 business days
4. Refund method & timeline
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- Bank/UPI processing may take an additional 3–7 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
5. Defective or wrong item received
If you receive a defective unit, a product that does not match your order, or a device with activation lock issues not disclosed at sale:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping
- Do not attempt repair through unauthorised service centres before contacting us
6. Non-returnable items
- Products with physical damage caused after delivery
- Items missing accessories or with removed serial/IMEI markings
- Products returned after the 7-day window (unless covered by warranty for defects)
- Items where hygiene seals on in-ear tips have been opened (unless defective)
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different model or colour are subject to stock availability. Price differences must be paid or will be refunded accordingly. Contact support to arrange an exchange.
8. Warranty on Open Box products
Open Box devices include a limited functional warranty as stated on the product page (typically 3–6 months). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not accidental damage, water damage, or normal battery wear.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules in India.
