This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are provided and the
process for obtaining them. Please read this policy carefully to understand your refund
rights and obligations.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- We fail to provide the booked service as promised
- The service quality does not meet our stated standards
- A duplicate charge has been applied to your account
- Technical issues prevent you from receiving the service
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment (Service fee applies)
- No-show without prior cancellation or communication
- Service was completed as scheduled without complaints during or immediately after
- Disputes raised more than 7 days after service completion
- Changes in personal circumstances or preferences
- Delays caused by customer-related issues or external factors beyond our control
4. Cancellation and Refund Process
Standard Cancellation (24+ hours notice)
- Cancel through your account on our website or mobile app
- Contact our customer service team at care@shopygoods.com or by phone
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours)
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be deducted
- Remaining balance will be refunded within 5-7 business days
- This fee helps compensate for reserved time and resources
No-Show Policy
- Full service charge will be forfeited
- No refund will be provided
- Contact us immediately to discuss your situation and reschedule
5. Service Quality Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our service:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide photographic evidence if applicable
- Our quality team will review your complaint within 48 hours
- If the complaint is valid, we will offer either:
- A full or partial refund, or
- A complimentary re-service to resolve the issue
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days from approval
- Payment Method: Refund credited to original payment method
- Credit Card Refunds: May take additional 1-3 business days depending on your bank
- Digital Wallet Refunds: Typically processed within 24-48 hours
Please note that bank holidays and weekends are excluded from processing time calculations.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered in the following scenarios:
- Service was partially completed due to customer request
- Only a portion of the service met quality standards
- Late cancellation fees apply (standard refund minus cancellation fee)
- Promotional or discounted services (subject to terms)
8. Payment Method Specific Refund Information
Credit/Debit Card Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction within
5-7 business days, plus 1-3 additional days for your bank to process.
Digital Payment Methods
Refunds to digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are typically processed
within 24-48 hours.
Bank Transfers
If you used bank transfer, refunds will be processed to the same account within
5-7 business days.
9. Refund Disputes
If you dispute a refund decision:
- Submit a detailed appeal within 14 days of the refund decision
- Include all relevant documentation and evidence
- Our management team will review within 5-7 business days
- We will communicate the final decision via email
- This decision will be final and binding
10. Special Circumstances
Event Cancellations
If CarWash Pro cancels a service due to weather, mechanical issues, or other
unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and the option to reschedule
at no additional cost.
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent you from accessing our booking system or receiving
service communication, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be processed on a
case-by-case basis.
Duplicate Charges
If you are charged twice for the same booking, a full refund for the duplicate charge
will be processed immediately within 1-2 business days of verification.
11. Subscription Service Refunds
For subscription-based packages:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Unused services will be refunded on a prorated basis
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days
- Your subscription will be immediately terminated upon cancellation
12. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Log into your CarWash Pro account
- Navigate to "My Bookings" and select the relevant booking
- Click "Request Refund" and fill out the form
- Provide a reason and any supporting documentation
- Submit your request
- You will receive confirmation via email
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours

Important Note: This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with
our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict, the more favorable
provision to the customer will apply.
